After reviewing the project together, we can decide whether or not we will move ahead and work together. I can give a general idea as to what services you will need and a ballpark on the cost of those services.
once the decision is made to move ahead with your project, it's time to sign an agreement and establish a timeline. Generally, I work on an hourly basis with an estimated budget.
Napkin sketches, architectural plans, photos, internet links, site measurements. Whatever you have gathered regarding information will be greatly helpful.
Since I'm a one-person business, I typically work on fewer projects at a time. For you that means a better, faster outcome with more exclusive focus on your projects.
Depending on the complexity of your project, the amount of consultation time varies. This ongoing consultation can include many email exchanges with feedback and discussions about the developing design drawings. This is billed at my hourly rate of $85
On complex projects or details, Often several iterations of the design are submitted for us to narrow down the options and establish the final plan
This may include photo realistic renderings, simple 3d model views and or detailed, dimensioned production drawings. Final drawings will be emailed to you in PDF format for your review and approval.
